Its been a while since I've posted anything here, so I figured I'd give a status update.
In case you haven't seen, CrabEmu, my new project has its own home at http://crabemu.sourceforge.net/ and has had several releases in the past few months.
Now, onto the reason why people are probably here.... ljsdcdev RPG and libcrabclaw....
Let me reiterate, neither of the two are dead. In fact, I have begun work once again on libcrabclaw. The code that was originally going to be released as libcrabclaw 0.9.5 will see the light of day soon. In a completely-unmodified-since-the-last-time-I-worked-on-it form. I'm only doing this to get the code out there before the major modifications that await it in its next release. So, libcrabclaw is officially alive again 
ljsdcdev RPG.... Where to start..... Well, this pretty much needs a complete rewrite, but it will be coming. On or slightly after the next libcrabclaw release day.
So, with that I conclude this news post.
